Basement Dig Down
Increased ceiling height made the basement livable.
Before this basement could be finished, it had to be dug out to increase the height of the ceiling. This was also where all the utilities, sewer and storm drains interfaced, so the home was upgraded with new overhead sewer, to avoid any future basement flooding. We also included an expansive wet bar and new smart home tech that enchant an already amazing entertainment space for both adults and kids.
