Front Facade Facelift 

This home’s front wall was literally falling off and very dangerous. Our architect and structural engineer carefully studied the problem, after we temporarily shored up the front facade for safety, and came up with a careful method to remove only certain sections, while the rest hung in the air to be replaced with a structure that will be both strong and beautiful. Most of the front of the home had to be disassembled to replace the rotting wood so the Client’s had the opportunity to reimagine those spaces into a more welcoming and functional first floor and opulent bedroom suite with balcony above.
