Investor tasks Hudson for total condo renovation in record time

An investor approached us months before his tenant’s lease was up asking if we could completely renovate one of her rentals between tenants. The challenge was mostly logistical as the top floor unit was a walk up with long narrow stairwell and the condo board president living below us with his wife and little daughter. The small construction window was further shrunk by limited hours of loud construction work around nap times and early bedtimes, but we got the job done!
