Saving the home meant surgical structural repairs
As part of a remodel of the home’s exterior, the client had the opportunity to reimagine those spaces into a more welcoming and functional first floor and opulent bedroom suite with balcony above. Much of this area was adorned with custom bookcases and built-in benches.
